Everyone can learn to meditate; it doesn’t require long periods of sitting and silence but is something we can incorporate into our busy daily lives. Meditation gives us the tools to be happier, more peaceful, kinder to others, a better example to our children. If you are new to meditation or feel the need for some inspiration and encouragement to refresh your practice this is the perfect series for you!
Meditation classes offer the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation we will experience the benefits for ourself – learn to develop inner peace, giving us the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
Through learning meditation techniques we can overcome anxiety and depression, improve sleep, live a more positive way of life, and feel healthier and happier.

Monday to Friday in the Bow Room – 12:30pm – 1pm FREE CLASS
These shorter classes give you a chance to take a break at lunchtime. You will be guided in meditations to let go of stress and tension, and experience an inner stillness and sense of well being. These meditations are guided by an experienced meditation Teacher and are based on the Living Meditation range of CDs available in the gift shop and also online as downloads from Tharpa publications.
